Article 2 The Contractor (a person who has concluded a contract with the Company to receive the free rental of the Equipment based on the Provisions; the same shall apply hereinafter) is limited to one person per contract.
Article 3 (Delivery of the Equipment) If a User Applicant applies for rental of all or part of the Equipment (1) to (4) and the Company accepts the application, the Company shall provide hand over.
2 If the Contractor receives the Equipment from the Company or a person designated by the Company by the method designated by the Company, the Equipment shall be deemed to have been delivered.
Article 4 (Lending period) The rental period of the Equipment shall start from the date of delivery in Paragraph 1 of the preceding article, count from the same day, and continue until the period determined by the Company and the Applicant. Article 5 (Use, storage, etc. of the Device) The Contractor shall use and store the Device with the duty of care of a good manager in accordance with each provision of the Provisions and the Company's instructions. The Contractor shall not transfer, sublease, remodel or alter the Equipment.
2 In the event of failure, loss, damage, etc. of the Equipment due to reasons attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor must immediately pay to the Company the amount stipulated in the attached table "Penalty".
3 If the Contractor violates the provisions of paragraph 1 or 2, or if the Contractor delays payment of the rental fee agreed upon by the Company and the Contractor, after one week's notice, the Contractor will not be notified again. This Agreement shall be deemed terminated.
4 If this Agreement is canceled due to the delay in payment of the rental fee in paragraph 3, the Contractor must immediately pay to the Company the balance after deducting the amount already paid from the rental fee.
Article 6 (Return of the Device, etc.) The deadline for returning the Device is within two days after the expiration of the rental period stipulated in Article 4 or after the termination of Article 5, Paragraph 3 ((hereinafter referred to as the "Deadline"). In this case, the Contractor must send all of the rented Equipment to the Company by the deadline (postmarked within the deadline). be a burden.
2 If the Equipment is not returned even after the deadline has passed, the Contractor must immediately pay to the Company the penalty stipulated in the attached table.
Article 7 (Delinquency Interest) If the Contractor does not pay the attached "Penalty Charges" or other obligations after the due date, the Contractor shall pay the Company 14.5% a year % late payment penalty.
Article 8 (Exclusive Agreed Jurisdiction) The Kyoto Summary Court or the Kyoto District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of the first instance for lawsuits relating to this provision.
